Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A short video if needed to demonstrate the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Eligible claims will be reviewed based on the information provided. If your claim is approved, we'll provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Do I Need to Return a Damaged Item?
In many cases, a return is not required. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may only require photos or videos to review your claim.
If a return is necessary, we'll provide instructions before any item is sent back.
Eligible Claims
You may be eligible if:
- Your item arrived visibly damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
- The issue can be clearly verified through the photos or videos provided.
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.
Non-Eligible Claims
We cannot approve returns or refunds for:

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
